POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Partnerships leads JACF’s fundraising and external relations efforts with strategic oversight of the organization’s revenue-generating and brand-building activities. This role is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, stewarding existing supporters, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment between partnership initiatives and organizational goals. The Vice President of Partnerships plays a critical role in achieving annual fundraising goals and positioning JACF as a leading nonprofit in Central Florida.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the partnership department to raise the approved budget annually.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies across corporate, foundation, and individual giving, using a moves management framework.
- In conjunction with the Director of Education and VP of 3DE, develop strategies to engage volunteers across programs, aligning skills and interests with organizational needs.
- Oversee all external-facing events, ensuring mission alignment, brand visibility, and revenue targets are met.
- Supervise a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key donors, stakeholders, and business/community partners.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive stewardship program to cultivate engagement among alumni, staff, board, volunteers, and donors.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure partnership efforts are integrated with program and operational goals.
- Prioritize building relationships with Junior Achievement of Central Florida board members.
- Work with the CEO and Chief Academic Officer on government funding and strategic public-private partnerships.
- Oversee development of compelling presentations, marketing materials, and messaging to effectively communicate JACF’s impact.
- Ensure delivery of all partnership agreements and donor deliverables with excellence and on time.
- Represent JACF in the community and at events, serving as a visible and effective ambassador of the organization.
- Track key fundraising metrics and report regularly to the CEO, CAOs, Board, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with grant proposals and reporting as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., Blackbaud).
- Knowledge of the Central Florida philanthropic landscape is a strong asset.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including team supervision and direct responsibility for meeting fundraising goals.
- Proven success in building partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships across sectors.
- Experience managing staff, external relations, and strategic communications preferred.

JOB LEVEL COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $201,000 annually
- The starting salary for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, including education, relevant experience, and alignment with the position’s requirements.
- Please note that initial offers typically fall within the lower to mid-range and not at the top of the scale. The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
- Salary increases are reviewed annually and may be considered based on individual performance, merit, and organizational budget capacity.
