We're Hiring: Social Media Manager & Content Creator (TikTok & Reels Expert)
Full time, Remote but must be based in LA
Are you obsessed with social media and have a constant pulse of what’s trending? Are you a pro at creating TikToks and Instagram Reels? We are looking to hire an expert content creator/social media expert with an entrepreneurial mind to help lead Juni’s growth and strategy across our social media channels. We’re a fast-moving, creative team looking for a skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator who lives and breathes Instagram Reels and TikTok. If you're quick with edits, confident on camera, and know how to create content that performs, we want you.
This role is for someone who knows what’s trending BEFORE it trends, thrives in front of the camera, and edits like a pro. You’ll own ideation, production, editing, and publishing—executing content with speed, style, and purpose.
What you’ll do:
- Pitch, script, shoot, and edit content for organic and paid social.
- Jump on trends fast while keeping brand voice and product front and center.
- Comfortable and confident working with thought leaders, directing content shoots with awareness of lighting, sound, and scene.
- Film and appear in videos with an authentic, on-brand personality
- Conceptualize, pitch, and create content for Juni across social media platforms.
- Edit short-form video content (primarily for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) with an eye for pacing, storytelling, and trends.
- Use text overlays, motion, transitions, and sound to enhance engagement and clarity.
- Film and appear in video content with a vibrant, fun personality that aligns with the brand.
- Maintain consistency in editing style, branding, and tone across all content.
- Support the marketing calendar with timely, relevant content that meets campaign goals.
- Design complementary static and video ads or thumbnails for social posts and paid campaigns.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on content performance; optimize strategy based on insights, trends, and algorithm shifts.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of proven experience making TikToks and Reels that actually perform for brand content.
- Advanced skillset on video editing (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
- Confident on camera with a sharp sense of storytelling and humor.
- Ability to produce high-quality content quickly, without overthinking.
- Knowledge of social trends, meme culture, and native platform behavior.
- Advanced Skillset on Canva and Adobe Suite for supporting visuals.
- Experience using analytics to guide content strategy.
- Bonus if you’ve worked on viral campaigns, with influencers, or paid content.
