From ideation and production to publishing and community engagement, the position leads the full content lifecycle, ensuring every asset is visually compelling, on-brand, and performance driven.

Responsibilities
Content Creation Production
- Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and short phone-video content aligned with the brand voice and aesthetic.
- Confidently appear on camera for reels, TikToks, tutorials, educational, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Design static and motion graphics for social posts, paid ads, email headers, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Produce both organic and paid creative assets that support marketing initiatives and revenue goals.
- Edit and optimize video and photo content for various platforms, tailoring format, pacing, and style for each channel.
- Develop compelling ad creative for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Partner with the performance marketing team to align creative with campaign strategy and objectives.
- Test, analyze, and iterate on creative assets based on performance data to improve engagement, conversions, and performance.
- Own and manage SUGARED BRONZED’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Yelp, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a strategic content calendar (weekly monthly planning).
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Engage with our community daily. Responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand relationships and audience growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or social media management.
- Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Proven experience creating organic and paid content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to brand voice and detail.
- Experience building and managing content calendars.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and able to travel to all markets.
