What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cold Case / Food Production Associate (Entry-Level) position at Juneau Fresh Foods?
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen production staff. This is an entry-level position—no experience required. We’ll train the right person who’s ready to work hard, learn quickly, and be part of a fast-paced food production team.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and assemble cold foods such as salads, sandwiches, grab-and-go items, and deli case products
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Label, date, and rotate product according to food safety guidelines
- Assist with daily production needs and support other kitchen team members as needed

- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food safety awareness (we’ll train you)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Schedule
