We’re automating mortgage loan underwriting with the goal of instant, real-time decisions, resulting in wider access and affordability. This speed, certainty and service for our B2B partners allows them to serve more homebuyers, with the products they need, at market leading rates.
As an Inside Account Executive, you will own the front end of the sales funnel. You are responsible for identifying, prospecting, and capturing new mortgage broker partnerships. Your goal is to open doors, sell the June Point tech advantage, and turn "cold" brokers into active, high-volume partners.
You’ll be selling a platform built by fintech veterans that features:
- Instant Scenario Pricing: Our proprietary engine gives brokers real-time DSCR and Non-QM quotes in seconds.
- AI-Driven Income Analysis: Our tech digitizes bank statement analysis, removing the 48-hour wait times and human errors typical of our competitors.
- Real-Time Transparency: Automated status updates and e-signature capabilities that keep brokers (and their borrowers) in the loop 24/7.
- Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) to recruit June Point’s target mortgage brokers.
- Broker Advisor: Act as the primary subject matter expert for brokers on June Point’s loan products (currently DSCR, with expansion plans into Bank Statement, P&L and Non-Agency products)
- Pre-Qualification Specialist: Provide expert "scenario-desk" support, helping brokers pre-qualify complex loan files and navigate Non-QM guidelines before they hit our operations team.
- Tech Evangelism & Training: Conduct live demos of the June Point platform, ensuring brokers can independently use our automated tools for pricing and submissions.
- Market and competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and programs to effectively "sell around" the competition and position June Point as the premier choice.
- Seamless Hand-off: Drive the broker from "Inquiry" to "Approved" to "First Submission," then hand off to the account management team to maintain your focus on new acquisition.
- Experience - The “Hunter Mentality” – 1–3 years of experience in wholesale lending or high-volume sales. You prefer making the next 50 calls over "babysitting" a file.
- Non-QM Fluency: Deep understanding of DSCR and other Non-QM products.
- Active Connections: (Preferred) A baseline network of broker relationships or the ability to build one from scratch using modern digital tools.
