Location - Draper, UT. Mostly in-person, some remote/WFH
About The Role
As a Customization Specialist, you’ll work with advisors to translate their preferences into AI prompts that generate notes, recap emails, task lists, and pre-meeting prep in their desired style and format. You'll also help make sure the AI outputs get saved to the right place in the CRM. This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves translating customer needs to AI prompts, is an excellent communicator, and thrives on iteration.

Results You'll Deliver
- Deliver high-quality AI customizations that generate accurate, polished notes, recap emails, task lists, and meeting prep in each advisor’s unique voice and format.
- Meet directly with customers (financial advisors and teams) to understand their communication style, workflows, and desired outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to surface insights and guide product improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of Jump
- Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers
- Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work
