Job Description:
The full-time position requires a background in Human Resource Administration. Must have 2-3 years of experience in the related field, specifically in records management, regulatory compliance, and HR.
1. Must possess the ability to pass a CPS, State, and Federal background check upon hiring.
2. Must possess the capability to maintain a regular timetable during the week.
3. Must be highly organized and be able to be a team player and work independently.
4. Must be able to maintain accurate employee records.
5. Must be able to monitor adherence to COMAR and OHCQ requirements related to staffing.
