Job Description: The full-time hourly role necessitates a background in maintenance and small repairs to residential dwellings. A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required.
1. Must possess the ability to pass a CPS, state and federal background check upon hiring.
2. Must possess the capability to maintain a regular timetable during the week and on holidays when necessary.
3. Some shifts may include over 8 hours.
4. 1-3 years of experience (certification not required)

1. Make repairs to doors, drywall and windows
