Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service at the front counter
- Process cash transactions accurately and handle cashing out procedures efficiently
- Manage garment intake and delivery, ensuring proper tagging and documentation
- Operate garment pressing machines, dry cleaning equipment, and laundry machines with precision
- Maintain a clean workspace by regularly cleaning workstations, tools, and equipment using appropriate detergents
- Assist with garment finishing tasks such as pressing, folding, and quality checks to ensure high standards of garment care
- Support manual handling of heavy garments or laundry loads safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Keep detailed records of transactions, garment processing steps, and customer requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of garment care processes including pressing, dry cleaning, laundry services, and fabric care techniques
- Familiarity with pressing machines, garment finishing tools, and laundry equipment operation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
