Job Summary
Job Summary
JCS Mountain Oaks is currently seeking a Academy Teacher for our middle school students. The Academy Teacher at Julian Charter School, Inc. is required to grow professionally, use best practices with students, impact student learning, collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community. An Academy Teacher will be responsible for implementing the essential duties within a particular classroom based upon the academy program. Preferred Job Qualifications: - 2-4 years teaching and independent study teaching experience - Experience with GATE Instructional Strategies - Experience teaching Leader in ME Habits is a plus - BCLAD preferred (Spanish)
Requirements / Qualifications
This position requires a current CA Multiple Subjects or Single Subjects Teaching Credential. If you do not currently hold an appropriate California credential at the time of your application, your application will not be considered.
In addition to a resume and letter of introduction, we require three letters of recommendation, a current negative TB test, current CPR certification, and copies of all college transcripts to be uploaded at the time of application.
