Nail Salon Receptionist
Location: Juji Nail Lounge – Warner Robins, Ga. 31088
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our busy nail salon. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping the front desk running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls and respond to text and online booking inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Check clients in and out and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with retail sales and promote salon services.
- Support the salon team with daily operations and client flow.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using a computer and scheduling software.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Previous receptionist, salon, spa, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
