Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Host/Busser to join our team. The Busser will be responsible for assisting in various front-of-house duties to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Providing excellent guest services
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Supporting overall restaurant operations
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage the waitlist and seat guests according to reservation times and table availability.
- Provide menus and answer basic questions about the restaurant.
- Escort guests to their tables.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Hospitality and customer service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to help team members as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
