GTM at Juicebox

  • All pipeline is inbound through either our free trial or our demo form; 200 inbound demos each month.
  • Core customer groups include in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies.
  • Deal cycles are 2-3 weeks (depending on whether the prospect does a trial).
  • There's a large opportunity to upsell our existing 2,000 customers, many of which have larger recruiting teams.
  • We consistently win against legacy recruiting tech products.

You Have

  • Experience closing ACVs of $10K - $50K
  • 2 years experience in SaaS sales
  • Track record of exceeding quota (Presidents Club, Top 10%, MVP, etc.)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to SF

Nice to Haves

  • Have sold to the Head of TA / VP People (or HR more broadly)
  • Familiar with Product-Led-Growth (using free sign-ups as your primary channel)
  • Experience working in a small GTM team (

    Compensation : $100-$120K base salary, based on experience. Uncapped commission. Generous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Lunch stipend.

    Salary : $10,000 - $50,000
