Team Member Responsibilities

• Craft smoothies, bowls, and juices with consistency and quality
• Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude
• Take customer orders and operate POS systems efficiently
• Prep fresh fruits, toppings, and house-made bases daily
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization
• Restock products and assist with daily operations
• Help create an upbeat, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years old
• Minimum 15 hours/week availability
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset
• Great communication skills
• Passion for health, wellness, or hospitality is a plus
