**Job Description:**
We are a vibrant, healthy juice bar and grill promoting a clean lifestyle and serving fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, and Acai bowls. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and Acai bowls to customer specifications.
- Assist customers by explaining menu items and recommending products based on their preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area.
- Operate blenders, juicers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Maintain stock of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist in opening and closing tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in food service, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of juice, smoothie, and Acai bowl preparation is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work weekdays (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and on availability on weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
