Social Media Coordinator
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Juice Generation, a New York-based health and wellness company, is seeking an innovative, self-motivated Social Media Coordinator to drive growth across our social media platforms through community engagement, content creation, influencer coordination, and day-to-day social media operations.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Midtown Manhattan office and reporting directly to the Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate is highly creative, passionate about social media, and enjoys building relationships with creators, influencers, customers, and brand partners both online and in person.
Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Support: Maintain and update the social media content calendar under the direction of the Social Media Manager.
- Community Engagement: Respond to direct messages, comments, tags, and mentions to foster an active and engaging brand presence.
- Content Creation: Capture in-store content, assist with user-generated content (UGC) collection, and support the editing and formatting of photos and videos for social platforms.
- Creator & Influencer Support: Source creators aligned with the Juice Generation brand, build prospecting lists, assist with outreach efforts, and maintain influencer communication and deliverable tracking.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify relevant social trends, viral content, and emerging audio to inspire content development.
- Photoshoot & Event Support: Assist with photoshoots, influencer visits, brand events, and behind-the-scenes content capture. Serve as a friendly and professional brand representative when interacting with creators, customers, and event attendees.
- Analytics & Reporting: Pull weekly performance metrics, monitor engagement trends, and assist with reporting.
- Platform Management: Schedule and upload content, tag posts, update social platform features, and maintain link-in-bio tools.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain creative assets, photos, videos, and campaign files within shared folders.
- Social Media Operations Support: Assist with campaign execution, promotional initiatives, and other social media projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
- Experience creating content for social media, including photography, short-form video, and user-generated content.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Confidence representing the Juice Generation brand at events, photoshoots, influencer activations, and store visits.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the health, wellness, food, beverage, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
