Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 2-4 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and driving candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Support hiring initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Administrative, Finance & Accounting, and Healthcare positions
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications against client requirements
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted career advisor
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Meet recruiting performance metrics including candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership to improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and team performance
- Contribute to the growth and development of the recruiting organization
Qualifications
Required
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience
- Experience working in a staffing agency, search firm, or high-volume recruiting environment
- Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
Preferred
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, information technology, engineering, finance, operations, or professional services
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ClearanceJobs, or similar sourcing platforms
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Crelate preferred)
- Track record of achieving recruiting goals and performance metrics
