Orthopedic Surgeon - Independent Medical Examiner (IME)

Judit Inc., a New York-based healthcare and staffing firm, is expanding its Orthopedic Independent Medical Examination (IME) team. We're inviting a small number of ABOS-certified, New York-licensed orthopedic surgeons to join a flexible, high-value consulting panel — performing independent medical evaluations on a schedule that works around your existing practice.

This is a clinical evaluation role only: no follow-up care, no call coverage, and no long-term patient management. You conduct a focused evaluation, dictate or complete a concise report, and you're done.

• • Perform independent medical examinations (IMEs) for orthopedic claims, evaluating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
• • Review relevant medical records and history prior to each examination.
• • Deliver clear, objective, well-documented evaluation reports — no ongoing treatment or follow-up required.
• • Set your own hours within your chosen location: early morning, midday, or late-start blocks.

• •  Income: Earn $2,000 per day of examinations — $100K per year is achievable working just 1 day per week.
• •  Pay speed: Fast, reliable payment after each consulting day.
• •  Schedule: Full autonomy over your calendar — choose early, midday, or late start times that fit around your existing practice.
• •  Overhead: Zero. 100% of exam-related expenses — space, scheduling, and support are handled for you.
• •  Scope: Evaluation and reporting only — no follow-up care, no call, no continuity-of-care obligations.

• • Board certification by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS), current and unrestricted.
• • Active, unrestricted New York State medical license.
• • Clinical experience evaluating musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions.
• • Strong, objective clinical documentation and reporting skills.
