Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for production operations to maximize equipment uptime and productivity.
- Partner with operators, maintenance personnel, and salaried staff to quickly resolve production-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Automated robotic welding processes and Manual welding operations
- Train production employees on welding processes, equipment, and best practices.
- Support the implementation, validation, and optimization of new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Create, update, and maintain manufacturing process documentation and work instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing projects focused on quality, safety, and productivity.
- Track, prioritize, and follow up on work orders, action items, and operational communications.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and robotic welding systems.
- Experience with Fanuc robotic welding systems is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and welding processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, changing, or ambiguous situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
