Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager IV
Technical Program Manager IV - Philadelphia, PA 2-4 days onsite per week
- Technical Program Manager supporting global entertainment platforms
- Highly cross-functional role interfacing with engineering, product leadership, and senior technical stakeholders
- Focus on program-level oversight vs. hands-on engineering
Core Responsibilities
- Own program management across multiple platforms and workstreams
- Manage dependencies across teams and systems
- Build and maintain dependency plans and track deliverables
- Drive execution across quarterly planning cycles, sprints, and critical path initiatives
- Ensure reporting and status roll-ups to leadership
- Actively contribute in meetings (not just coordination)
Required Skillsets
- Strong communication skills (must be clear, concise, and effective with technical stakeholders)
- Highly organized with strong program/project tracking capabilities
- Experience managing dependencies across complex environments
- Proven ability to track deliverables and drive accountability
- Familiarity with:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Smartsheet
- Exposure to AI tools is a plus (not required)
