Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator
This posting is for a Systems Administrator to assist in its support
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Document the network topology of the print shop.
Document the setup of inserters and sorters, including ports and IP ranges.
Provide technical support for print shop, servers and network infrastructure.
Document the current DF Works network setup, including ports and protocols.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, networking and systems.
Document the software installed on desktops, along with the required ports and protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4 years of IT experience in a support or systems/network administration role.
3 years' experience working in a data center environment or equivalent.
Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2012 - 2022).
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure).
Strong understanding of networking concepts: firewalls and routing protocols.
Understanding of system hardening and security compliance.
