Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Mechanical Engineering background
- Product design and development experience
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, aluminum casting, fabrication, and machining
- Engineering analysis, stress calculations, and finite element analysis (FEA)
- CAD design experience (SolidWorks preferred)
- Cross-functional project leadership
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into product solutions
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of progressive product engineering experience
- Experience leading new product development and product improvement projects
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
