Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key agency-wide clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to become a trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' business objectives, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to effectively align solutions with their needs.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the value and capabilities of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product management, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage within client organizations, driving upsells and renewals.
- Provide advanced guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of our solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate, relaying feedback, feature requests, and enhancement opportunities to the product and engineering teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a deep understanding of the security and IT landscape.
- Contribute to the development of technical account management best practices, tools, and processes to enhance customer success and team efficiency.
- Identify areas of growth and expansion for the Technical Account Management team, working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6 years of combined experience within the cybersecurity or IT industry, preferably in a federal or enterprise software environment; With 4 of those years' proven experience in a technical account management or customer-facing role.
- Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, security technologies, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve technical issues.
