What you can expect as the Senior Technical Account Manager at Fortress…
The Senior Technical Account Manager (Sr TAM) is a senior individual contributor on the Fortress Delivery - Government team. The Sr TAM owns the full technical relationship for an assigned federal program and serves as the senior Fortress technical voice in the room, including direct advisory work with ISSOs, ISSMs and government leadership on cybersecurity, compliance and delivery risk.

The Sr TAM works inside a Fortress team that supports high-profile DoD and Navy programs on the most critical work in federal cybersecurity today: Risk Management Framework authorization, NIST SP 800-53 control implementation, and Executive Order 14028 alignment across secure software development, SBOM and supply chain risk. This role also partners with business development to identify and advance growth that comes out of delivery.

The role carries a defined path forward. Progression is shown through sustained ownership across multiple programs or a multi-lance portfolio, contribution to a won capture pursuit. For the right candidate, the position offers genuine program ownership and direct access to federal decision-makers.
