Key Responsibilities
- Gain familiarity with our products, processes, tools, and technology.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and issues in software/firmware.
- Participate in design reviews, recommend improvements, and approve design specifications.
- Create test cases and data prior to development.
- Document, track, and communicate test plans and results.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Assist with integration testing across software and hardware/firmware.
- Contribute to establishing QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Continuously grow skills in languages, design methodologies, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS preferred.
- Experience: 3 years in a quality assurance environment.
Competencies
- Experience executing test cases, recording results, and analyzing requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative, trusting relationships.
