Description: Our client is currently seeking an OIM Engineer - W2.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong practical experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c).
- In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), user provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Experience working with OIM connectors, including:
- Active Directory / LDAP
- RACF connectors
- SQL / database systems
- WebLogic Server
- Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP APIs, along with system integration capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
