In-Building/Venue Project Manager
Job Summary

- Managed end-to-end In-Building and Venue projects, overseeing site acquisition, leasing, permitting, zoning, and regulatory milestones through successful handoff to construction teams.
- Coordinated internal stakeholders including RF Engineering, Construction, Network Operations, Transport, Legal and external vendors to ensure project timelines and objectives were met.
- Conducted lease due diligence and represented the organization in communications and negotiations with landlords, property owners, and third-party stakeholders.
- Tracked project milestones, maintained data integrity, and managed project databases using FUZE, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
- Identified project risks, escalated issues to leadership with actionable recommendations, and drove timely resolution to minimize deployment delays.
- Managed purchase orders, vendor performance and project documentation to support successful program execution.
- Supported In-Building Wireless (IBW), DAS, and venue deployment initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and project requirements.
- Prepared and presented project status updates, risks, proposals, and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Led tracker cleanup and data management initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Successfully managed multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive deployment schedules and business objectives.
