Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with software design, application development, testing, deployment, and production support in scalable environments.
- Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing applications using modern programming languages and database technologies.
- Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and applying best practices for CI/CD, application reliability, resiliency, and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience building and supporting cloud-native, distributed, or microservices-based applications.
- Familiarity with modern technology domains such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile application development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.
- Ability to drive technical discussions, influence design decisions, and contribute to engineering best practices.
- A strong engineering mindset focused on building reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
