About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and self-driven Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll manage small-scale, low-risk IT projects and provide coordination support for larger, high-impact initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage small IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Support project managers on complex, high-risk projects by tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication across teams and resolve project-related conflicts.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on project status, budget, risks, and issues.
• Maintain and update project documentation and tools, including:
  • Microsoft Project
  • SharePoint
  • Azure DevOps
  • Power BI

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in hybrid or cross-functional team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project portfolio management tools and reporting dashboards.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: In-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
