Responsibilities
- Consult on complex, large-scale Information Security Engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Review and analyze multi-faceted security challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios.
- Lead workflow orchestration, intake triage, and process optimization to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor throughput, cycle time, and model quality for executive stakeholders.
- Drive automation of repeatable procedures and optimize team performance across agile sprints.
- Facilitate clear and precise communication between U.S. and India teams to maintain alignment and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while meeting deliverables.
- 5 years of experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in complex environments.
- Expertise in workflow optimization and process automation.
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Strong executive communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Gen AI applications in security operations is a plus.
