- Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise business systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve and streamline business processes.
- Support system integrations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Maintain data accuracy and governance across key business platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution activities.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Document processes, workflows, and system changes.
- Provide user training and promote system adoption and best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technology resources.
- Lead or participate in business system implementation and improvement projects.
- Support organizational growth initiatives, including system alignment and data migration efforts.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
- Experience with reporting, data management, and systems administration.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise software platforms in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment.
- Knowledge of data integration, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
- Project management experience or certification.
- Consulting or business transformation experience.
