Location: Draper, UT (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (8.5 consecutive hours, including a 30-minute lunch break)

Required Qualifications
- Strong technical troubleshooting experience in a corporate IT support environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting:
- Microsoft Windows (Windows 7 and Windows 10)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Outlook and Messaging
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Zoom and collaboration tools
- LAN/WAN networking and enterprise domain environments
- Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as Citrix, VMware, and VDI.
- Experience troubleshooting mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to issue ownership and resolution.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to occasionally support 24x7 operations during business continuity or critical business events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and mobile devices.
- Experience providing executive, VIP, or high-touch customer support.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
