Description:
Role: Azure Cloud Architect
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)
Contract: 12 Months
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an Azure Cloud Architect.
- Strong expertise in Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, Functions, Entra ID, Azure Monitor, and Azure Sentinel.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for Azure infrastructure provisioning.
- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of networking and security concepts within Azure.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and NIST security controls.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure certifications such as AZ-300, AZ-301, or AZ-303.
- Master's degree in a technology-related field.
- Microsoft security certifications.
- Architecture-level experience with other major public cloud providers.
- Familiarity with FISMA HIGH and FedRAMP HIGH security standards
