Job Title: Application Developer - Java/go
Location: Manassas, VA.
What You'll Work On
You'll design and run mission-critical microservices on Azure, with a strong focus on security-first engineering:
- Build high-throughput backend services using Java and Go
- Develop on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Implement enterprise-grade security (PKI, mTLS, cert lifecycle, Key Vault/Managed HSM)
- Integrate with MySQL, Redis, API Gateway
- Drive Java Go migrations and build new Go services
- Enhance observability with Azure Monitor & App Insights
- Troubleshoot production systems, performance tuning, and incident response
Core Skills We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Go
- Hands-on with AKS/Kubernetes
- Solid foundation in security (PKI, mTLS, secrets management)
- Experience with Azure services (AKS, Key Vault, API Management, monitoring)
- Background in high-availability, production-grade systems
