Key Responsibilities
Agile Training & Coaching
- Train teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Guide teams in applying Agile and Scrum methodologies effectively
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
- Big Room Planning
- Scrum of Scrums
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Retrospectives
- Ensure ceremonies are productive and aligned with objectives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify process gaps and remove impediments to Agile adoption
- Mentor Scrum Masters and team members
- Provide ongoing feedback to enhance Agile maturity
- Partner with leadership, stakeholders, and teams
- Align Agile practices with business objectives
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Agile environment
- Professional certifications in Agile frameworks and/or Product Management
- Experience with:
- Power BI
- Azure DevOps
- Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Familiarity with:
- AI tools and concepts (LLMs, Copilot, Generative AI)
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Power BI, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities (independent and team-based)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Comfort working with technology leadership, management, vendors, and support teams
