The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the Fayetteville, GA area.
COMPENSATION: 150k to 165k plus bonus
RELOCATION: Yes
MUST HAVE: 5 years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
MUST HAVE: Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations
MUST HAVE: The ability to lead a team and work directly with customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, - Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
- Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
- Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
- Act as the main contact for FAA relations
- Maintain staffing levels
- Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met
- Upsell contract terms
- Provide status reports to customers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
- Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations
- About 20% travel required
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
