The Judge Group is seeking a Process Project Manager for a food manufacturing client in Londonderry, NH area! The Senior Process Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic capital investment and process improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, efficiency, and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end capital and process improvement projects in food manufacturing, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, installation, commissioning, startup, and project closeout.
- Partner with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory teams to define project requirements, conduct feasibility analyses, manage risks, and ensure compliance with business objectives and industry standards.
- Manage project execution by overseeing vendors, contractors, equipment procurement, critical path activities, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and operational handoff to production teams.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, cost estimates, ROI analyses, schedules, equipment specifications, and status reports while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency, capacity, quality, reliability, and overall operational performance while leading cross-functional teams to successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering required
- 8 years project management experience supporting capital projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar capital expenditure projects.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and complex operational initiatives.
- Experience working within regulated industries and quality-focused manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
