Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all plant, equipment, and facility maintenance operations. You will drive equipment uptime and reliability through strong preventive/predictive maintenance, effective CMMS utilization, and hands‑on leadership of the maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all maintenance personnel (direct and indirect)
- Plan and execute PM/PdM programs; maximize CMMS effectiveness
- Oversee repair, installation, and relocation of production equipment
- Manage plant utilities (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, steam, air)
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, budgets, and materials
- Ensure safety, compliance, and 24/7 emergency response
- Partner with plant leadership to improve reliability and performance
Requirements:
- 5 years diversified plant maintenance leadership experience
- Strong electrical/mechanical background in industrial manufacturing environments
- CMMS expertise; PM/PdM program development
- Proven supervisory, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- On‑call availability; occasional travel
Education:
- Preferred: BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
