Judge Direct Placement is seeking an eCommerce Manager in Charlotte, NC!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies and sales plans for key customers, aligned with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve annual sales and profit targets, while defining short- and long-term growth strategies for the category.
- Oversee P&L performance for assigned accounts, driving top-line growth while optimizing profitability through effective expense management.
- Partner with brand and channel marketing teams to develop integrated annual sales and marketing plans, including execution of promotional strategies for pet products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategies, leveraging insights and analysis from product concept through launch to meet customer needs.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to position brands as category leaders and drive strategic advantage.
- Develop and manage annual customer budgets, including pricing strategy, trade spend, and optimization of investment effectiveness.
- Work closely with Demand Planning to develop reliable forecasts, providing monthly updates to ensure accurate supply planning and on-time delivery.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to marketing teams, informing campaign development, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Ensure brand integrity by partnering with Brand Protection and Marketing teams to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams to enhance communication, alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5 years of eCommerce sales and account management experience domestically or internationally
- 8 years of customer account management experience
- Commercial awareness, marketing and sales background
- In depth understanding of developing executing sales and marketing strategy, plans and campaigns
- Strong commercial and analytical skills - experience analyzing data and actively communicating business unit KPI’s to the executive team and other business units
- Working knowledge of e-commerce contracts and understanding Terms and Conditions by which everyday business is conducted.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of web promotion strategies: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid search, display advertising, pay-per-click campaigns. Proficient in Microsoft suite
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
