Responsibilities
- :Act as the primary strategic and creative partner to channel leaders, product managers, and digital teams, translating business goals into clear, actionable creative direction
- .Bridge strategy and execution by transforming business priorities (e.g., growth targets, product launches, channel initiatives) into integrated campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and content plans
- .Build and lead strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling, consumer-centric concepts across all key touchpoints, including packaging, advertising (digital and print), social media, email, UX/UI, and branded content
- .Drive a proactive creative function that shapes how the brand is positioned in the market, rather than reacting to requests
- .Develop deep understanding of both B2C and B2B audiences, including pet parents, veterinarians, clinic staff, veterinary students, and ecommerce/retail consumers
- .Translate customer insights, motivations, and barriers into clear, persuasive, and compliant messaging
- .Lead the ideation and development of campaigns aligned with targeted business objectives
- .Ensure all campaigns are tailored to the audience, channel, and timing while maintaining consistency with brand standards
- .Oversee all creative deliverables to ensure they are on-brand, high-quality, differentiated, and visually engaging
- .Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively and bring concepts to life
- .Navigate a regulated environment by ensuring all creative meets legal and compliance standards without compromising impact
- .Continuously refine brand standards, creative processes, and governance to optimize consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints
- .Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team, while managing agency partners as the primary point of accountability for quality, alignment, and execution
- .Establish and enhance workflows and operating models to support multiple stakeholders while maintaining efficiency and output
- .Oversee creative resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
- .Collaborate cross-functionally to measure performance, capture insights, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive improved business results

Requirement
- s:10 years of experience in creative leadership, brand strategy, and integrated marketing, with a proven track record of translating business objectives into high-impact creative campaign
- s.Experience in regulated or highly governed industries (e.g., food, healthcare, supplements, pharmaceuticals, or leading CPG organizations), with demonstrated ability to develop compelling creative within legal and regulatory constraint
- s.Deep understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing dynamics, across healthcare, veterinary, retail, or ecommerce environment
- s.Proven ability to lead the development of integrated, omnichannel campaigns across packaging, digital, social, ecommerce, and content ecosystem
- s.Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with experience measuring creative performance, interpreting data, and connecting creative output to business KPI
- s.Experience building, leading, and scaling creative teams and agency partnerships, including establishing processes, prioritization, and workflow
- s.Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), with the ability to guide and evaluate high-quality design and content outpu
Salary : $190,000 - $210,000
