Judge Direct Placement is seeking an Operations Manager to support and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a privately held commercial real estate company. This role works closely with executive leadership, professional partners, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and well‑coordinated real estate activities across the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage property marketing materials, outside marketing vendors, and vacancy plans
- Coordinate property upkeep to support market readiness
- Manage internal service contracts (internet, office services, etc.)
- Organize and support Operations and Executive Meetings
- Coordinate commercial real estate closings, due diligence, legal, and loan partners
- Serve as point of contact for tax accountant coordination and depreciation support
- Manage contracts and relationships with engineering, legal, and technical vendors
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial real estate operations or property management
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
