seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join our BI & Data Analytics team. This role will focus on designing and building cloud-based applications, APIs, data integrations, dashboards, and automation solutions that support business initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support full stack applications using C#/.NET
- Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Develop and optimize SQL-based data models and data warehouse solutions
- Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Participate in the full SDLC, including testing, deployment, and support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in software development, full stack development, or data engineering
- Strong experience with .NET/C#, REST APIs, and SQL
- 3 years of experience working with Azure Cloud
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting solutions
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Knowledge of secure authentication methods such as OAuth2 and SAML
- Understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, agentic workflows, context engineering, and tool calling
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking, financial services, or fintech experience
- Familiarity with Encompass, Silverlake, or similar banking platforms
- Experience building enterprise-grade cloud and analytics solutions
