We have several opportunities available for full time and part-time Direct Support Professionals for our day program in St. Louis, MO. We provide the training necessary to help you be successful in this position.

In this role, Direct Support Professionals will:
- Help people reach for their dreams and accomplish their goals.
- Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, and other staff.
- Be a part of a dynamic and supportive team in a growing organization full of opportunities.
- Follow Individual Support Plans and Behavior Plans for each participant in the day program.
- Attend and be a contributing member of the monthly employee meetings at the day program.
- Maintain accurate and relevant documentation, as required, for each participant.
- Ensure the day program is clean and well organized for the safety of the participants and staff.
- Support each person on an individualized basis and help them live their best life!
Pay $19.50 per hour

Requirements
We are looking for Direct Support Professionals who:
- Can work both independently and in a team setting.
- Like to show up for work every day with a positive attitude and ready to tackle the days adventure.
- Are at least 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Are dependable, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
We do complete background screenings with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry.
