Receiving Inspector

1. General Overview:

This role is required to perform inspection on all incoming product. Maintain logs and records up to date. department

2. Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Perform inspections on all incoming product using Calipers, Micrometers, Gage pins, etc.
• Communicate with engineering to determine usability of nonconforming material.
• Notify Q.C. Supervisor of nonconforming material.
• Assist with notifying vendors of nonconforming material.
• Schedule or perform weekly, quarterly, semiannual and annual calibrations.
• Maintain calibration log and records.
• Maintain active and inactive files.

3. WORKING HOURS

• Normal Work Hours 1st Shift: From: 7:00 am To: 3:30 pm
• Normal Work Week 1st Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
• Normal Work Hours 2nd Shift: From: 4:00 pm To: 12:30 am
• Normal Work Week 2nd Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
• Normal Work Hours 3rd Shift: From: 11:30 pm To: 8:00 am
• Normal Work Week 3rd Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
