Jubilee Shores WeeSchool, located in Fairhope, AL, is seeking caring, dependable, and early childhood educators to join our team.

Daily Responsibilities:
Morning Duties
- Follow the daily classroom schedule and maintain routines, including snack time, circle time, music, storytelling, lunch, playtime, and diapering.
Afternoon Duties
- Supervise children during nap time, diapering, snack time, outdoor play, and free play while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Position Details:

- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.
- Follows the Baldwin County Public Schools holiday calendar.
- Eight-week summer program.
- Free tuition for your child(ren) ages 10 months to 5 years while you work (subject to space availability).
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a DHR background check.
- Childcare experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, interactive play, music, and hands-on activities, to engage and educate children.
- Support each child's social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development.
- Encourage positive interactions among children and help resolve minor conflicts.
- Guide children in developing creative, practical, and age-appropriate skills through a structured curriculum.
- Maintain daily classroom routines, including snack, circle time, diapering, lunch, nap, and free play.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Document each child's daily activities using our childcare management app.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's day and progress.
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Skills:
- Experience working with young children is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education, or a willingness to learn.
- Understanding of classroom safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to guide children with patience, kindness, and consistency.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- A caring and patient attitude with a genuine love for children.
