Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Project Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position blends relationship-based sales with hands-on project coordination, guiding clients through every step of their home accessibility journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate home access solutions
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes with confidence and professionalism
• Manage projects from sale through installation, ensuring timely communication and coordination with clients, team members, and vendors
• Conduct site assessments and communicate project requirements to installation teams
• Track project progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and project management tools
• Represent the JTEK brand with integrity and a client-first mindset
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, project management, or construction (home modification or remodeling a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and self-competitive drive
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with basic computer and mobile apps (CRM, email, scheduling, photos)
Preferred:
• Knowledge of aging-in-place solutions, ADA guidelines, or home access products
• Previous experience in a client-facing role in remodeling, interior design, healthcare equipment, occupational therapy, or home improvement industry
