Team Jtec is looking for an experienced HR Professional with hands-on functional day-to-day work experience, to fill our HR Manager role. This position will oversee the HR department and roles for employee engagement and training and development. The ideal candidate will have strong varied experience with HR laws and practices, investigative skills, payroll and benefits administration and systems experience, a keen eye for detail and audit of data, mentoring, coaching, and collaboration skills with management of various levels, a drive to seek to understand past practices, and make proposals for improvement changes after analyzing and anticipating upstream/downstream affects for net positive outcomes.

The Human Resources Manager will promote corporate values and drive a positive company culture. Leads as an internal consultant and strategic partner to all levels of employees and management to counsel and ensure all plans, policies, and programs are being administered fairly and consistently. Collaborate with internal teams to drive continual improvement with job design, recruitment, onboarding, workforce development and training, communication, employee relations, compensation, benefits, wellness, performance management, legal compliance, safety coordination, payroll and all other aspects of supporting our employees and management.
