Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 2 years experience with asphalt
- Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment
- Employee must be able to stand for extended periods of time as required; Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities of the construction site
- Must be able to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely
- Valid, insurance drivers license
