What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer/Mini Excavator position at JT Hoover Concrete, Inc.?
J.T. Hoover Concrete, Inc. is looking for an experienced operator for mini excavator and experience with concrete finishing. The ideal candidate should possess previous mini excavation experience for footings of concrete pours and experience with the finishing process of the concrete pours
JOB DUTIES:
- Concrete Finishing Experience
- Operate excavation machinery to prepare building sites for exterior site concrete.
- Operate machinery to perform such activities as backfilling, excavation, and final clean up work on footings as laborer when not on machine.
- Inspects equipment and prepare for small routine maintenance repairs.
- Clean up of machine prior to end of day.
Experience
- 1 year Machine operator experience
- Understands grades and can process basic math.
- Ability to follow instructions and can work independently
- Must be a motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Valid driver’s license
