We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Concrete Boom Pump Operator/Driver to join our construction team. Responsibilities
- Operate and control concrete boom pumps to deliver concrete accurately and efficiently across construction sites.
- Drive commercial vehicles, including concrete mixers, dump trucks, and other heavy machinery, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Set up and inspect equipment prior to operation, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, masons, and other trades to facilitate smooth concrete pouring operations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on pumps, mixers, excavators, loaders, and other related machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and finishing tasks as needed to support overall project progress.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, and safety compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as concrete boom pumps, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery and concrete pumping systems.
- Experience working on construction sites with familiarity in paving, concrete finishing, and rebar installation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction environments.
